4ever Gospel Radio is an Internet-based radio station and is not a federally licensed broadcast station. As such, it is not subject to the same licensing requirements as
over-the-air AM/FM broadcasters regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). However, 4ever Gospel Radio operates in a manner consistent with applicable FCC rules and United States laws, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with FCC regulation regarding obscene, indecent, or profane content.
  • Proper identification of sponsored programming or paid content, when applicable.
  • Non-discriminatory access and operation in accordance with applicable federal laws. 

4ever Gospel Radio does not broadcast emergency alerts via the Emergency Alert System (EAS), as EAS participation is not required for internet-only radio services
The station is independently owned and operated and is committed to providing faith-based programing that serves the community in a responsible, lawful, and
ethical manner.
